How do I create an account?

How can I update my account information?

You can update your account information anytime by visiting your dashboard.

Where can I find my API key?

Your API key can be found on the orders page. Locate your order in the list, click on “view Licenses,” and then click on the key icon to reveal your API key.

Where to download the plugin?

To download the plugin, go to the downloads page, find your product, and click on the download button.

Where can I find the invoice?

For invoices, visit the orders page. Find your order, click on “view Invoice,” and you’ll have the option to print it or download it as a PDF.

How do I start a new campaign?

To start a new campaign, follow the instructions in the getting started guide.

Can I edit my campaign after it’s launched?

Yes, you can edit your campaign even after it’s launched. This includes changing settings, adding or removing topics, and generating new articles.

Schema.org

How does Schema.org integration benefit my campaign?

The integration allows for the automatic generation of schema.org markups, enhancing the SEO and visibility of your content.

What types of Schema.org markups are supported by your plugin?

Currently, our plugin supports ‘FAQPage’ & ‘HowTo’ markups. We plan to add more types in the future.

Can I customize the Schema.org properties for my content?

Customization of Schema.org properties is not available at the moment. You can only choose between the three options provided.

Tokens

What are tokens in the context of this plugin?

Tokens are a form of currency used within our plugin to access various features and services. The number of tokens you have is linked to the subscription plan you choose.

How are tokens allocated?

Tokens are allocated based on the subscription plan you are on. Each plan comes with a specific number of tokens that are reset to zero at the beginning of each month.

What happens when I run out of tokens?

If you exhaust your tokens before the month ends, you have two options: you can either upgrade to a higher subscription plan to receive more tokens immediately, or you can wait until the next month when your token balance will be reset.

Do unused tokens carry over to the next month?

No, unused tokens do not carry over to the next month. Your token balance is reset to the number specified in your subscription plan at the start of each month.

Can I purchase additional tokens without changing my subscription plan?

Currently, additional tokens cannot be purchased separately. To get more tokens, you would need to upgrade to a higher subscription plan.

How can I check my current token balance?

You can view your current token balance at any time by visiting your plugin dashboard.

What happens if I change my subscription plan in the middle of the month?

If you upgrade your subscription plan mid-month, your token balance will be immediately updated to reflect the new plan. However, if you downgrade, the changes will take effect from the next billing cycle.
