Setting up a template

Before launching your content campaign with AI WP, it’s essential to create a well-structured template. This foundation will guide the AI in generating content that aligns with your desired format and style.

Navigate to ‘AI WP’ in the sidebar menu, and then click on ‘Templates’. You can create a new template by clicking the ‘Add New Template’ button at the top of the page.

Configuring your template with blocks

AI WP supports two types of content blocks, which can be used either independently or integrated within layout blocks for creating more complex designs.

Content Blocks :

• “Heading” : Utilize this block for headings. You have the option to customize the text size, font, and alignment to match your specific layout requirements.
• “Paragraph”: Ideal for the main body of your content. It offers flexibility in text formatting and style.

Layout Blocks :

• Group : This block allows you to group multiple content blocks together, creating a unified section in your template.
• Columns : Utilize this block to arrange your content in a multi-column layout, adding a dynamic structure to your template.
• Media Text : Combine text and media (like images or videos) for a rich, engaging content experience.

Example template

To assist you in getting started, AI WP provides sample templates that exemplify various content and layout styles. These templates are ready for import and can be easily adapted to your needs.

How to import a template :

1. Download a template : Select and download a template from the options above.
2. Open the Import Tool : Go to “Tools” in the sidebar menu, then click on “Import”.
3. Choose WordPress Importer : Among the available import options, select “WordPress”. If the WordPress import plugin is not already installed, click on “Install Now” to add it to your site.
4. Activate the Import Plugin : Once the plugin is installed, click on “Activate Plugin and Run Importer”.
5. Upload the XML File : Click on “Choose File” and select the XML file you wish to import from your computer. Once selected, click on “Upload file and import”.
6. Assign Authors : Make your choice according to your needs.
7. Start the Import Process : Once all preferences are set, click on “Submit” to begin the import process.
8. Verify the Import : After the import, check that all elements have been correctly imported and appear as expected on your site.
